Does Computer Teach Repair Computers?
No. The service offers Computer Training, and it is based on Software and not hardware. IF you have a hardware issue, then you could be informed about it, and then you would need to take your machine to an authorised repairer to fix the hardware. Computer Teach will try to help you and advise you on what is observed at the time of the visit.
How can I pay Computer Teach?
Payment can be via Eftpos. A portable Eftpos facility will be provided at the time of the onsite visit. Paying via Eftpos is the easiest way. You will be given a Tax Invoice. You may also pay with a direct transfer from your bank, whilst onsite. Sorry, but pay later terms are not available. if you have any questions, then please phone!
Is there a Guarantee or Warranty?
No. You are paying for a Service, and it is onsite. There is no way that Computer Teach can control what you do, afterwards, or after the visit onsite. Computer Teach will do its best to resolve the issue, and provide you with guidance on how to use the Computer or avoid any problems from occuring again. Cc
How often can I call you for Service?
You can phone anytime between 8:00am to 8:00pm 7 Days Per week. You will be informed when the visit can take place. Computer Teach may or may not be able to 'drop everything' and attend immediately. In some cases the Service may be 'after hours.'
